Calibration Service at The Ports of Alceciras, Gibraltar, Huelva, Cartagena, Barcelona for Tanktech UTI repair and calibration support

Portable tank gauging instruments are serviced onboard.

Accurate tank gauging on board tankers, chemical carriers, and storage vessels is essential for safety, cargo integrity, and regulatory compliance and that’s where the Tanktech T2000 TFC 02 Ullage Temperature Interface (UTI) sensor shines.

This portable, rugged device from Tanktech combines three critical measurements in one tool: ullage (empty space), oil/water interface, and temperature of the tank cargo all displayed clearly on an LCD with audible indicators for gas, oil, and water detection. It’s designed to work easily through the deck valve with a non‑corrosive, intrinsically safe tape making onboard gauging straightforward and efficient even in hazardous environments.

Built for real marine operations, the T2000 TFC 02 delivers high accuracy (±2 mm ullage/interface and ±0.1 °C temperature) across practical tape lengths (15 m, 30 m, 40 m), and features a protective casing, grounding clamp for safe static discharge, and ETFE coated tape for long life.

From a regulatory perspective, marine guidelines including IMO and classification rules require that all cargo instrumentation be tested and recalibrated at regular intervals and in line with the manufacturer’s instructions to remain reliable and compliant. Proper calibration records and certificates are expected during surveys.

We’re here to support you with on board calibration, repair, and commissioning services throughout major European and Mediterranean ports, including Algeciras, Valencia, Barcelona, Marseille, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Genoa, Piraeus, Varna, Limassol and more, and across Spain, Gibraltar, Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania, Netherlands, France, Germany, and Italy.
